About FWBS Ltd...

At FWBS, we have been bringing innovative solutions to the legal market for a decade.

Our formation in 1997 was driven by the need for new, streamlined systems that would harness the power of latest technologies to make business easier and people more productive. To meet this need, we delivered the first truly intuitive, integrated front-office system based on familiar Microsoft Office technology, the popular and widely-used Epitome-OMS.

Then in 2004 we created the market’s first true mattercentric solution, Matter Centre, running within Microsoft Office 2003. This breakthrough product brought ‘manilla file’ management efficiency to the world of distributed data, multiple applications, electronic documents and proliferating email. Matter Centre was written on top of the FWBS Framework written totally in Microsoft .NET Framework to leverage webservices and other technologies in a powerful and extensible framework.

Today we are recognised as the legal market’s technology innovators; with a growing range of tightly integrated solutions for end-to-end law office management, market leading services for the ever evolving online conveyancing environment, and the distinction of being one of the chosen launch partners for Windows Vista® and the 2007 Microsoft Office system.

So wherever technology is revolutionising the legal process, driving up productivity and enabling new online processes and services, you will find FWBS at the leading edge.

From the time record to the task-flow, from the corporate law office to the conveyancing office, from Europe to the Pacific, FWBS has the solutions to make matters better.

“By increasing efficiency in case management, we decrease cycle time for clients and are able to execute more cases. FWBS have enabled Franklins to establish standard working processes, increase productivity by 20% and improve client satisfaction ratings..”
